Caton is confirmed to attend the upcoming Secret Meet, run by leading group Supercar Driver, and in turn see the Healey by Caton make its on-track debut next week at the event, on Tuesday 5 July.
Held at the famous historic former Grand Prix circuit, Donington Park, the recently launched Healey by Caton will be on display and – for the first time – will dynamically showcase how the reincarnated British icon can fit into modern-day living at Supercar Driver’s flagship event.
Launched in April of this year, Healey by Caton is Caton’s first creation: an ultra-exclusive reincarnation of the iconic Austin-Healey 100/4 sports car. Featuring a unique combination of OEM-grade design and engineering with traditional craftsmanship techniques, it’s a fresh take on coachbuilding and upgrading a car mechanically for the modern-day driver. With the same kerb weight as the original (920 kg), yet double the bhp and performance (185 bhp), and a modern five-speed gearbox and pedal box, Healey by Caton’s been made to excite and delight drivers on and off track.
The behind-closed-doors, invite-only Secret Meet brings together supercar, hypercar and specialist car owners to share their passion for automotive character and performance in a new era of motoring events. The Donington Park event is now an annual fixture in the publicly undisclosed Supercar Driver calendar, attracting a myriad of historically important and exceptional driver’s cars that relish the opportunity to be driven and appreciated.
Some of the UK’s best dealers and specialist service providers will also be in attendance, on hand to offer all owner-drivers the right expertise for their cars and collections alike. Secret Meet participants will have the opportunity to be passengers in Healey by Caton, making them some of the first individuals to experience the 920 kg, 185 bhp visceral driver’s car, Healey by Caton guarantees to be.
